DailyQ ("the app") is operated by an individual developer. This Privacy Policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding that data.

What data we collect

When you use DailyQ, we collect and store the following data:

• Your email address (used for authentication)
• Your answers to daily questions
• Timestamps of when answers were submitted
• Streak and milestone data (how many consecutive days you've answered)
• Joker usage (whether you've used a joker on a given day)
• Push notification subscription data (to send you daily reminders)

How we use your data

Your data is used solely to provide the functionality of the app: showing you your past answers, maintaining your streak, and sending you daily question notifications. We do not sell your data to third parties, and we do not use it for advertising purposes.

Data storage

Your data is stored securely via Supabase, a third-party database provider. Data is stored on servers within the European Union. Supabase's privacy policy can be found at supabase.com/privacy.

Data retention

Your data is retained for as long as your account exists. When you delete your account, all associated data — including your answers, streak data, and notification subscriptions — is permanently deleted.

Your rights

You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data at any time. You can delete your account directly within the app. For any other requests, contact us at tjadevz@live.nl.

Children

DailyQ is not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
